Erakondade nuumamisest

Kirjutasin alla VIKi initsieeritud petitsioonile, mille pealkiri oli midagi sellist nagu erakondade nuumamise vastu riigieelarvest. Sellised populistlikud sõnastused käivad mulle aktiivselt närvidele ja esimene reaktsioon oli, et sõbrad, ilma minuta. Kuid olles kantseliidist läbi närinud, otsustasin, et siiski toetan. Asi on selles, et erakondade rahastamine ei ole korras ning olen sellele tähelepanu juhtinud tükk maad enne VIKi sündi, kui praegustel VIKi liidritel ei näinud veel süsteemile mingeid vastuväiteid olevat. Nüüd aga tunnevad nad omal nahal, et asjad on halvasti. Põhiline on see, et petitsioonis seistakse õigustatult selle eest, et erakondade rahastamises ei arvestataks üksnes Riigikogu valimiste tulemusi, vaid ka kohalike valimiste tulemusi. Ja see oleks õiglane.

Näärivanad nõuavad jõuluvanade nuumamise lõpetamist.
